Medical instrument sterilization service

SteriLink is not only for dentists. We collect reusable medical and surgical instruments from clinics, nursing homes and hospitals, sterilise them at our lab and return them in sealed pouches with a signed sterilisation report.

Who it is for

General practitioners, ENT, gynaecology, dermatology and minor-surgery clinics, day-care centres and small hospitals that want documented sterilisation without running their own autoclave room.

Steam or ETO

Most metal instruments, including hollow and wrapped ones, go through our Class B (vacuum) steam autoclave. Items that cannot take heat can be booked for ETO (ethylene oxide) sterilization, which takes the autoclave's place in the process.

Our three lab stages

1. Detergent cleaning removes blood and debris from every instrument.
2. Class B autoclave: vacuum steam sterilisation suited to hollow and wrapped instruments, with cycle time and test results recorded. ETO bookings use ethylene oxide at this stage instead.
3. UV chamber: a final UV stage before the instruments are sealed in pouches and packed for return.

Every booking follows the same three stages. Instruments are released only when every check passes and the lab in-charge signs the report.

Proof at every step

• QR-labelled Pouch Kits, photographed at your clinic at pickup.
• Pouches photographed again after sterilisation and packing.
• A sterilisation report listing the apparatus and cycle times, signed by the lab in-charge.
• A GST tax invoice for every booking.
