Return times
- Standard: within 12 hours of pickup.
- Express: within 4 hours of pickup.
- ETO: confirmed at booking.
Our three lab stages
- Detergent cleaning removes blood and debris from every instrument.
- Class B autoclave: vacuum steam sterilisation suited to hollow and wrapped instruments, with cycle time and test results recorded. ETO bookings use ethylene oxide at this stage instead.
- UV chamber: a final UV stage before the instruments are sealed in pouches and packed for return.
Every booking follows the same three stages. Instruments are released only when every check passes and the lab in-charge signs the report.
