Privacy policy

This policy explains how Skyloc Dentec Pvt. Ltd. collects and uses personal data for SteriLink, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

The clinic's name, address, map location and GSTIN; the doctor's name, mobile number and email (also used as the doctor portal login); the time you gave consent at sign-up; signatures given at pickup and return; the time you accepted the terms for each booking; photos of the Pouch Kit and pouches taken at pickup and after sterilisation; the instruments, reports and payments of each booking; and your wallet recharges, bonus credit and balance, with Razorpay payment references.

Why we collect it

To schedule pickups and returns, sterilise your instruments, send you sterilisation reports and GST invoices, collect payment, run your wallet, and keep the records that tax law requires. Hand-over photos, signatures and the time you accepted the terms are kept as proof of custody and of your declaration on each booking.

Payments

Online payments are handled by Razorpay. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on Razorpay's secure pages and are not stored by us. We receive only a payment reference and status.

Who can see it

Only the SteriLink booking desk, riders (including riders of a delivery partner we engage) and lab staff who handle your booking, and service providers who run our systems (Zoho for the portal and records, Razorpay for payments). We do not sell or share your data for marketing.

How long we keep it

Invoices, payments and sterilisation records are kept for as long as tax law requires (about 8 years). The hand-over photos, signatures and terms acceptance of each booking are part of its booking record and are kept for the same period. Other details are erased on request once no booking is open. You can request deletion of your account from the doctor portal (Delete my account).

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or erase your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to the grievance officer below. You may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
