Dental instrument sterilization in Noida

SteriLink collects your dental instruments from the clinic, sterilises them at our lab and brings them back in sealed sterilisation pouches with a report signed by the lab in-charge. Your team spends its time on patients instead of the autoclave queue, and every cycle is documented.

What we sterilise for dental clinics

Reusable dental instruments packed in the Pouch Kit our rider brings, such as examination kits, extraction forceps, elevators, scalers, restorative and surgical instruments. Hollow and wrapped instruments suit our Class B (vacuum) autoclave. Heat-sensitive items can be booked for ETO sterilization. Please do not send needles, blades, other sharps waste or disposable items.

How the dental sterilization pickup works

1. Book in the doctor portal or the Android app: choose a Sterilization Plan, how many pouches of each size, a pickup slot and Standard, Express or ETO.
2. Rider picks up: the Pouch Kit is sealed with a QR label and photographed at your clinic.
3. Lab sterilises through three logged stages.
4. Returned with report: a signed sterilisation report, and a GST tax invoice by email.

Our three lab stages

1. Detergent cleaning removes blood and debris from every instrument.
2. Class B autoclave: vacuum steam sterilisation suited to hollow and wrapped instruments, with cycle time and test results recorded. ETO bookings use ethylene oxide at this stage instead.
3. UV chamber: a final UV stage before the instruments are sealed in pouches and packed for return.

Every booking follows the same three stages. Instruments are released only when every check passes and the lab in-charge signs the report.
