Pickup and delivery policy

SteriLink is a service. Nothing is shipped by courier; SteriLink riders collect and return your instruments. Riders may come from a delivery partner we engage, and we remain responsible for your instruments throughout.

Where we operate

Noida and Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The doctor portal accepts bookings only for pincodes we serve. More cities will be added.

Pickup & delivery charge

Charged once per booking and shown before you confirm: SteriLink Essential ₹50, SteriLink Professional ₹28, SteriLink Prime free. The charge already includes GST.

Pickup

• Choose a pickup slot when you book. The rider brings a Pouch Kit, collects the instruments, labels the kit with a QR code and takes a photo in front of you.
• You sign at pickup.

Return times (from pickup)

• Standard: within 12 hours.
• Express: within 4 hours.
• ETO: the return time is confirmed at booking, as ethylene oxide sterilisation needs an aeration period.

Returns are made during clinic hours. If the return would fall outside them, it is made at the start of your next working day unless you ask otherwise.

Delivery

Instruments are returned in sealed sterilisation pouches, with the signed sterilisation report. The pouches are photographed after sterilisation and packing for return. You sign at return. The GST tax invoice and report are also emailed to you.

Delays

If we expect to miss the promised time, we will tell you before it passes. See the refund policy for what happens when a return is late.
